This local association offers children and young people artistic and cultural activities based on experimentation, through various forms of expression that are visual arts, music, theater or dance.
Their commitment, in close collaboration with families, schools and local associations is to enable children from all backgrounds to flourish and develop an inquisitive and critical thinking about the world around them. The social object is part of a greater cause of fight against inequality, for a fairer and more equitable world for our children.
Project :
During the project, participants will create a "book-object" consisting of text and images (photos, drawings, paintings, collages, ...), accompanied by a CD in which excerpts from the book will be recorded in different languages. Life stories of participants from each country, with their different ways of living and seeing the world, will be the theme of the book-object. The end result of this exchange will be presented during local events, will be sent to schools and other institutions, working with young people, to promote the richness of our diversity and European spirit. Being a work in several languages, this book-object could travel in several countries.
The project's soul is to highlight the fact that the same thing can be viewed from different points of view, this means a 360 °.
Goals :
- Local development: boosting local dynamics from an international presence, to enable people to take ownership of their living space.
- Intercultural learning, intergenerational and interpersonal: create links between young Europeans and the inhabitants, using creativity as a means of expression and fight against exclusion.
- Technical Learning: provide a space to explore their own creative potential and to share in the service of an intercultural community project.
- Learning of collective life: to offer a place to awaken the construction of critical thinking while putting effectively implement a project.
